02Client Responsibilities

• Payments are due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur a fee or suspension of services
• We reserve the right to pause work if payment is not received within the agreed time frame
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

04Intellectual Property

All content created by SEO Elite Agency, including but not limited to SEO strategies, website copy, graphics, and marketing materials, remains the intellectual property of SEO Elite Agency unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or proprietary methods without prior written consent.

05User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:
